Grand Prize Drawing
 
All interested players will have the opportunity to enter a Grand Prize drawing conducted by FMWRC. Interested players must sign in on an official entry sheet that will be submitted to FMWRC for the Grand Prize drawing. On or about 30 July 2008, FMWRC will draw:
 
(1) Grand Prize Winner from all eligible players who participated during the three month promotion period will be drawn and will win a $4,000 spafinder.com gift card plus $250 for travel or incidental expenses.
 
(1) Second place winner will be drawn for a $500 spafinder.com gift card. Additional prizes may be added or substituted at the discretion of the Promotion sponsors. Drawings will be conducted by sponsor (FMWRC) using randomization methods selected in its sole discretion.
Winners are eligible to win only one prize in the grand prize drawing. There is no cash substitution for prizes awarded. All prize winners are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes associated with winning their prize.

 

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open to all authorized MWR patrons ages eighteen (18) years and older. Proof of eligibility will be required of local prize winners as well as the Grand Prize winner at the end of the promotion.

MWR employees and individuals engaged in the development and implementation or direct execution of the Promotion, their immediate family members (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of such may not participate in this Promotion.  Installation MWR employees, over the age of 18, with no direct involvement in the promotion may participate.
