- Tee Times. Tee
times may be requested at all times except during special events/tournaments,
by calling PVGC pro shop personnel. The following rules apply:

- Weekday reserved
starting times (0700-1500). Reservations can be made up to one week in
advance.

- Weekend and holiday
reserved starting times (0700-1500). Active duty military may reserve starting
times up to four days in advance for the following Saturday or Sunday. For
example, active duty may call Tuesday for Saturday / Sunday tee times. One
call will be sufficient to reserve a weed-end tee time. Annual green fee
patrons may reserve starting times up to three days in advance for the
following Saturday or Sunday. Other patrons/guest may reserve starting times
up to two days in advance for the following Saturday or Sunday. Seasonal
adjustments may be made to available starting times.

- Only one person
should call for a reservation and can reserve only one starting time. Golfers
must report together 15 minutes early to claim their starting time. Should
only one golfer show up, the starting time will be forfeited and golfers will
not be permitted to play as scheduled unless the starter can construct a
threesome or foursome. Golfers’ names may be placed on a waiting list behind
all others, if he/she decides to play.

- Cancellation of a
starting time can be made at any time. Changes to the reservation list can be
made prior to the scheduled tee time.

- A “stand-by” waiting
list will be maintained for individuals without reserved starting times. It
will be kept at the pro shop and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Golfers must be present to be placed on the list.

- When a starter is
available, every effort will be made to ensure that each group is comprised of
four players. Threesomes, twosomes, and single players will be paired up to
make foursomes whenever possible. Twosomes and/or single players will
generally not be allowed prior to 1400 on weekends and holidays. Exceptions
may be made by pro shop personnel.

- On weekdays, all
players will begin on the first tee unless an exception is specifically
granted by pro shop personnel. For weekends / holiday tee times, play
will begin on 1st and 10th tees.

- Fivesomes may be allowed only with the
permission of pro shop personnel. Larger groups will not be allowed with
exception of organized events/tournaments.
