FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Food and beverages for catered activities will be exclusively 
from our catering department. Food may not be taken off 
premise from our facility. Bar services require
$100.00 minimum 
sales. If minimum is not met, the difference between the minimum 
and actual sales will be charged back to the host.

GUARANTEES
We recommend your event details be finalized at least two weeks 
prior to the function date. Final guarantees must be given two 
days prior. Out of house functions must meet minimum sales 
requirements of
$400.00.

BILLING AND DEPOSITS
All accounts are paid in full prior to or at the end of the event.
A
$100.00 non-refundable deposit will be necessary to confirm your
booking. This amount will be applied to your final bill.

SERVICE CHARGE

18% is added to all food and beverage.  For wedding and out-of-house functions, please add additional 5%.

LIABILITY

Patrons are liable for loss or damage of facility property or equipment.  The Ft. Leonard Wood club system does not assure responsibility for any loss or damage of personal articles or displays brought in by the patron.

FUNCTION ROOMS

Rooms are assigned according to the guaranteed number of guests.  If there is a change in number, we reserve the right to reassign the function to another room.  Room rental fees are as follows:
